Projects include a 41,000 SF renovation and addition to the San Dimas City Hall and Community Center, a 25,000 SF commercial and retail development in Visalia, CA and a downtown commercial façade renovation to a 4-block stretch of downtown Santa Ana, CA.

Schematic Design through Construction Administration duties on a $75 million development consisting of a 175,000 SF 23-story hotel tower, 7,000 SF spa and 14,000 SF restaurant in downtown San Diego, CA.
