I am a hardworker and ambitious person who has developed a mature and responsible approach tp any task that I undertake or situation that I am presented with. As an IT student, i've tried many jobs related to IT but I didn't enjoy those kind of work. Finally, I found this insurance industry and it changes my life. In insurance industry, I have become more experienced in finance and marketing through working in various position. With my current company, I can handle customer's life insurances (inc. health, investment, vehicles, etc), life insurance business development, including sales agent management, recruitment, training, and motivation. Not only that, i learned a lot about self development in this insurance industry.
