My role as Regional Reliability Engineer was to ensure the reliable operation and maintenance of the Process House of Invicta and Kalamia Mills. I was also involved with Asset Management tasks of the Townsville Molasses Port in conjunction with QSL. My key responsibilities were:- Development and standardisation of equipment maintenance strategies for the Burdekin Region- Developing shutdown budgets for 2 sites- Responsible person for Pressure Vessel Management of Process Vessels to AS3788 and API651- Scheduling work with individual site work execution teams for a 2 weekly window- Planning work with the regional planning team for a 6 weekly window- Initial scoping and development of capital projects
