In my Senior year I got promoted and started working with GearUp 4 LA, under the District of Transitional Services (DOTS) with LAUSD. I would move back and forth working with Gear Up 4 LA alongside EduCare Foundation.•Assisted the College Advisors with taking care of attendance for tutoring.•Helped advertise College Readiness events during the school’s lunchtime hours and sometimes afterschool whenever the school would have Parent Conferences.

In my Junior year I started working part time with EduCare Foundation under the District of Transitional Services (DOTS) with LAUSD. Within my Senior Year, the District of Transitional Services (DOTS) promoted me, and I started working with GearUp 4 LA alongside EduCare Foundation. I would move back and forth between GearUp and EduCare.•Assisted Program Facilitators submitting attendance of afterschool programs.•Assisted the Site Coordinator with program documentations and computer literacy skills.•Advertised school events for ASB Leadership, and for the parents and school administrators.•Former Leader of the Take Action Campaign program (TAC).
