After a short hiatus with a smaller Real Estate company, I have recently chosen to return to the REMAX family and have begun developing a team with my partner Julianne Hook with whom together we share 32 years combined experience of listing homes in the residential sales aspect of the industry. Additionally, during the economic downturn I took on the role of Short Sale specialist and Bank REO listing agent. My goal in managing my residential real estate team is to provide the best possible service to my clients with an up front and some what brutal approach. When advising my clients on the best possible way to get their homes sold, I use my knowledge and no BS attitude to shed light on current conditions as to advantageous to them using current data available as a real estate professional including national and local real estate forecasts.
