Supervises the ATM Service teams’ day-to-day operations. ATM Services is responsible to manage technologies revolving around self-service channels, such as, ATM, Interactive Teller/ Personal Banker (ITMs), coin machines, and teller cash recyclers. The goal is to analyze member behaviors and adoption to continue development for “Branch of the Future” strategic initiatives. Directly supervises employees in the ATM Services Department. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Manage employee timesheets, including reviewing for accuracy, inputting exceptions and approving for payroll while ensuring compliance with state-based policies.

Responsible for performing operational support duties of the ATM Services Department by assisting the ATM Services Manager and Supervisor as directed by performing account reconciliation duties, monitoring ATM status and currency usage, assisting in the proposal and installation process, and investigating ATM related electronic fund transfer (EFT) disputes.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between members and SAFE by assisting with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, and other queries. Cross-sell appropriate Credit Union products and services to members in order to improve financial well-being (Loans, Wealth Management, Mortgages, etc.). Provide continuous quality service to all members. Also, trained in IRA accounts, able to review credit report and assist newer representative with SAFE guidelines.

Mitigated loss to the company and investors through managing maintenance and repair of bank owned foreclosure properties. Working with management I developed a quality review process to minimize financial losses caused by inaccuracies. In addition, accountable for maintaining superior relationships with supplier/vendor companies while ensuring they provide accurate, timely services to meet client expectations and critical deadlines. Comprehend all federal investor guidelines and procedures to better analyze, adhere to and maintain all properties in state portfolios/workload. Often analyzed high volume, critical workloads to prevent home deterioration and repair damaged properties.

Facilitate discussion, education and implement workshops to groups of 25-40 people around dimensions of identity (i.e. Race/Ethnicity, Gender, Ability, Age, Sexual Orientation, Religion/Spirituality, Class, etc.), social justice, oppression and privilege. Customizing workshops involved planning and teamwork with co-facilitator. I have co-facilitated over 30 workshops as a peer educator.

Planned a 3-day retreat for 100 participants in 3 months around community empowerment; selected Facilitators/Conveners and train them to lead social justice workshops. Plan logistics of events, work within a budget, compile database of all applicants (350), purchase materials (shirts, programs, activities, etc.). Publicize the retreat and application deadlines to the UC Davis campus community. Also, advocate for funding towards the retreat which was often cut due to University budget.

Manage assistants, set-up events and manage information booths on event date. Plan the Administrative Luncheon and create a new annual board report. Administrative Luncheon consisted of over 100 high profile university officials and investors to showcase the progress of the university open house event.
