Generic - Delivery of Force/College of Policing mandated training packages maintaining all officers and staff with continued professional development. Driver Training - Preparation & delivery of instruction of all levels of police driving courses in accordance with the College of Policing syllabus and force policy across the following categories: • Basic, Standard & Advanced Car Courses• Minibus & vans• Off road 4x4• Motorcycle • VIP protection escort• TPAC (Pursuit & Stinger)Raising & maintaining driving technique to meet Force driving standards

Delivery manager for all police officer and police staff initial & generic training.

Providing support and resilience to the Neighbourhood Inspector in the management and tactical deployment of officers performing both Patrol and Safer Neighbourhood functions within Territorial Policing of Bournemouth North Section.

Working with partners and multi-agencies to deliver regeneration of the Boscombe West ward area, previously the 113th worst area for crime, deprivation, unemployment and education out of 32,500 areas across the UK. Responsible for the delivery of innovative and challenging projects aimed at reducing crime and anti social behaviour and increasing public confidence and safety:- 1) Dorset's first Community Safety Accreditation Scheme utilising a private security provider to carry out basic policing functions with warranted police powers delegated by the Chief Constable. 2) To manufacture, install and maintain a Police Contact Point (The Boscombe Police Box) in the 2nd highest repeat area of high crime and ASB in the force area with the intention of reducing the number of incidents, retail crime and the fear of crime, encourage tourism and new visitors to the area and provide the public with an iconic engagement facility following mainstream front office/station closures and cuts within the Police Service. 3) Tactical commander of Operation Planet (DP's response to Prostitution/Sex Working) and Vice Chair & DP's representative for the newly formed multi agency partnership (SWRAC) to assist/support sex workers to exit prostitution and develop a new multi agency strategy to combat on/off street sex working pan Dorset (PiP). 4) Tactical lead & DP's representative on Operation Galaxy (Multi agency approach to reducing poor and inadequate supported accomodation and Houses of Multiple Occupation) including the organisation of multi agency visits, enforcement action , planning application objections.
