Sub-Contractor to principal contractor on shop refurbishments throughout the United Kingdom. Key Responsibilities are:• Install suspended ceilings systems• Install lay-in grid systems• Measure, cut and fit insulation, as required• Install plasterboard and make good joints with tape and compound• Enforce quality control policies and procedures, ensuring work is completed to a high standard• Read and interpret building plans and blueprints• Measure and calculate dimensions required for installation• Operate necessary tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding• Communicate effectively with other team members, including project managers and contractors• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Between 2008 and 2016, as an Infantry Soldier in HM Armed Forces, I underwent rigorous training and became proficient in a range of combat skills, including marksmanship, tactical manoeuvres, and first aid. I was deployed on two tours of Afghanistan where I was responsible for patrolling volatile regions and engaging enemy forces.During my time in Afghanistan, I gained invaluable experience in working as a part of a team in high-pressure situations.
