Structured and implemented key digital transformations within upstream and midstream energy leaders. These transformations included centralized operations centers, development of analytics platforms, innovation management, and technology selection and piloting processes.Developed and managed strategic partnerships.

Developed and implemented a global growth plan that included both global market expansion (Malaysia, Russia, Kazakhstan, South Africa, Vietnam) as well as new partnerships with emerging technology companies and industry leaders. Result: Multimillion dollar revenue sales increase.

Chris led a team of analysts and technical developers to create new analytic techniques, applications and analysis driven products in support of US Government clients. Chris's responsibilities included working with clients, internal staff and vendors to improve existing reporting and develop novel techniques for identifying and visualizing decision relevant information.

Chris took responsibility for expanding and formalizing Operation Smile's presence throughout the Middle East, enabling them to provide surgeries and clinical education throughout the Middle East and North Africa. In this role, Chris was responsible for fund raising, board development, foundation registration and government relations.
