Brought in as a consultant to assist in the valuation & acquisition process of an asset carve-out. With my prior knowledge of working within M&A deals, I was able to lead the firm throughout the necessary steps to accomplish their interim goal of acquiring a carve-out of assets from a broader sale of a company.
