As customer service coordinator position I utilise my strong skills in decision-making and communication. The key responsibilities of the role of Electronics technician included working closely with the Senior Management Team through building effective business partnerships and providing training and support to ensure the highest quality in the service of a range of electronic products.The primary focus of the role was the repair in both domestic and commercial electronics products. These product categories range from I.T, Audio Visual and Entertainment lifestyle products to specialist electronics for medical and mining electronic products. This included repair and maintenance to CONSIS Robotic Pharmaceutical dispensers, MEDITE Programmable Automated Slide Stainer and MEDITE high-speed glass cover slipping machine used in modern Histology and Cytology labs.
