Responsible for an international cohort of 15+ "Peacebuilder Projects" tasked with promoting social innovation within their respective countries by launching their own social impact projects/businesses. - Teach, coach, and mentor new Peacebuilders on agile project management fundamentals, lean business planning, marketing, sales, self-mastery, growth tactics, and leadership professional development.

Accelerated 40+ youth peacebuilding projects through project management training and feedback. Created the organization's venture toolkit to help youth peacebuilders turn their projects into viable social businesses. - Platoon Leader for a 24 man Stryker Infantry Reconnaissance Platoon and 16 man Sniper Section. Responsible for the creation of the Squadron's Scout Platoon and Sniper Section through multiple Scout Selection and Recruitment programs. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of all platoon equipment and weapon systems, four XM1256 Stryker Reconnaissance vehicles, and two M1126 Stryker Infantry Carrier Vehicles with all organizational equipment valued in excess of $14,000,000. Responsible for the combat readiness, physical fitness, health, welfare, morale, conduct, and force protection of the platoon; as well as the well being of their Families. Responsible for the creation of the Platoons Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), organizational process assets, and updating the company's knowledge management systems. - Served as the Squadron's Assistant Intelligence Officer responsible for planning, preparing, executing, managing, and closing company reconnaissance and intelligence operations to ensure a high level of combat readiness and unit intelligence preparation of the battlefield at all times. Resulted in a combat ready unit prepared for operations in the Middle East in support of Operation Resolute Support.

- Served as the Liaison Officer between Task Force Rifles (3rd Cavalry Regiment) and TF210 (UK SF Special Boat Service). Responsible for the coordination between American and UK intelligence assets, target development/refinement, and coordination between CF333 (Afghan Special Police Commando Force) and TF210. Served as the J35 (current operations officer) for a UK Special Forces unit responsible for managing force protection projects and was assigned as the Quick Reaction Force Team Leader for local operations.- Served as the Battle Captain for a forward deployed multinational Brigade Headquarters responsible for the defense of over 20,000 coalition partners on Bagram Airfield. Responsible for the security and day to day operations of all Coalition Forces (CF) operations in the Bagram Ground Defense Area (GDA). Coordinated the efforts of all operations in the GDA to include anti-rocket equipment, 5x sectors, 4x Entry control points, all staffed by multinational CFs, within the largest U.S. base in the Afghan theatre. Provided command and control (i.e. controlling and monitoring the projects) for more than 800 combat operations of a combined joint task force consisting of Georgian, Jordanian, Czech, Airmen, Marine and Army forces supporting Operation Enduring Freedom and Resolute Support.
