Super User for Concur Expense with over 2,000 users • Part of the Concur implementation team to help design our Concur solution• Upload & maintain all employee information, new project information, project & product lists all within Concur Expense system• Write custom Audit rules & reports within Concur system• Download weekly SAE (.txt) from Concur, format specific columns within that file and run the process through our custom Cloud program• Compare this output file (.csv) with the (.txt) file and if everything matches, load the file into PeopleSoft Finance• If any errors exist, correct the files prior to loading into PeopleSoft• Make corrections in PeopleSoft as needed from correction forms sent in by field managers• Assist employees with problems associated with corporate cards• Communicate daily with the internal Treasury department to process funding• Upload weekly Concur files into PeopleSoft and make corrections as needed• Handle all A/P duties including coding invoices, processing check and wire requests as well as work with QRTP A/P in setting up new vendors• Manages and maintains supplies within a budget on a monthly basis• Back up to Purchasing manager

Responsible for switch board operation for 3 divisions, scheduling of conference rooms, maintaining and updating global company directory• Interacts with building management, vendors and internal departments• Manages and maintains supplies within a budget on a monthly basis• Submit Fed Ex bills for internal processing• Sort and deliver all incoming packages including paycheck distribution • Process all outgoing Fed Ex packages using Fed Ex powership • Greet all visitors and vendors, issue badges and call contact person• Assist all departments with projects as needed

Sort & distribute internal & external mail for over 2,500 employees at multiple sites. Use of company vehicle to deliver mail & supplies as needed. Assist in the company store when required.
