I lead technical project management as a service for AzteQ, delivering networks, cabling, MSI (Master Systems Integration) and smart technology (IoT) into the built environment.I am responsible for writing bid proposals, developing bespoke solutions, agreeing contracts, managing requirements and design development, placing orders for delivery of the BOM/equipment, managing the installation and onsite network engineering/cabling teams through commissioning and witness testing, into handover and maintenence of the IT networks and technology within a building. I manage multiple building IP partner system (trades) integration into our MSI solution and service. Delivered a noise and vibration monitoring solution at a large bank data recovery centre building to mitigate damage to critical data hall IT equipment.Delivered numerous technology infrastructure projects for leading market firms such as KPMG, Barclays Bank, and the Battersea Power Station (BPS), one of the largest regeneration projects in Europe. Lead IT project manager on the fit out of the BPS developer offices and through excellent performance became the programme’s strategic IT advisor. Part of this role was to setup the client’s site wide TDA (Technical Design Authority) across multiple phases and advised on future phase IT design considerations.
