Directly manage team of 7 Area Managers, Director of Catering, 2 Marketing Managers, and a Maintenance employee spanning 26 Jimmy Johns in Georgia. Remain available for mentoring and concerns of all employees within the stores. Ensure company objectives are met and manage day to day operations of new and existing locations. Manage day to day balance of invoices, permits, contracts, vendors relationships, repair companies and other suppliers. Work one on one with Director of Catering developing marketing team for the Atlanta region and brand awareness. One on one dealings with landlords and property manages to keep leases in order and maintain properties. Makes sure Area Managers, Store General Managers, and other employees are maintaining brand standard with Jimmy Johns corporate while repairing/replacing essential store equipment. Maintain and regulate monthly incentive plans with combined profit sharing program. Conduct Monthly ops meeting setting company wide, store level and individual goals.

Greater Atlanta Area

Responsible for all aspects of Jimmy Johns store operations within 5 stores. Responsible for reviewing invoices, ensuring store managers and their staff keep stores operating to the highest possible standards, follow policies and procedures and operate at maximum efficiency while pursuing sales growth. Supports store managers in maintaining standards of customer service, sales, practices, daily operations, and personnel activity. Assisted with opening stores outside of the region and rebalancing stores to other managers in order to pursue excellence. Ensure stores achieve 90% of total monthly bonus potential throughout the year.

Manage all operations within the store. Responsibilities include managing inventory, training and promoting staff, drive process and efficiencies within store. Drove sales and growth of million dollar store before moving to open a store in another location. Led the team for successful day to day operations coaching and counseling employees on a timely basis. Successfully communicated changes/focus to the team including managing schedules to meet the needs of the business. Ensure employees are paid correctly based on hours worked. Surpassed monthly goals in order to lead the team to bonus potential.

Assist General Manager in running shifts to Jimmy Johns brand standard. Count cash drawers, safe, and reviews credit card totals to ensure correct amount was collected, entered and verifies deposit slips. Meets with General Manager regarding personal and store performance, action plans, and guest satisfaction. Place orders with vendors to maintain accurate stock of product.

Deliver meals to guests. Drive guest satisfaction with order. Assist with store operations when not delivering.
