• Originally hired to operate fork lift in the clearing out of an old plywood plant that was supposed tobecome the base of operations for turning shipping containers into tiny houses. Due to an abundance ofasbestos insulation discovered during the removal of equipment from the building the job was scrapped.• I then turned an old textile plant my boss had rented into a warehouse and created and implementeda warehousing procedure and organization to expedite and ensure the ability to store, ship and receivelumber. Note this was a primitive system all done with calculators, and a white board but it made it easyto tell what was available at any time without having to constantly go and count bundles and calculateboard feet available.• I was the main person to load and unload the shipments coming and going as well as responsible forcreating the shipping manifests for all outbound shipments. I also created and implemented a simpletool inventory and control system to curb the loss of equipment either from negligence, indifference orout right theft.
