Lead on all major projects for the teams. · Customer support and consultation on loss control, loss prevention, training, analysis and investigations. · Apply Spark Analytics software and hardware (DVRs/Cameras as needed) as a means to investigate, locate and identify fraudulent occurrences (theft, dishonesty, manipulation) by employees for outlets containing a Point of Sale throughout the U.S. by means of LP Data Mining (Key Performance Indicators), queries, trends, analyzing data, exception reports, and CCTV. ·· Knowledge in SQL database querying and analysis. · Utilizing the Spark software and methods to identify companywide conditions of activity that negatively effect these retail operations as a form of “shrink” by analyzing statistics and trends from the customer’s data at Point-of-Sale. · Interact closely with customer’s Loss Prevention and Operations Personnel in helping to recognize these problems or trends to alleviate the issues with actions to keep best practices in effect and implemented while running at minimal loss in the company. · Knowledge and understanding of DVR/CCTV surveillance and set up.· Full understanding of SAAS set up, integrations, and processes.· Training of new hires within the company and provide on site training for new hires at customer locations for loss prevention EDGE Software.
