· Extensive leadership, programming and advocacy experience in international development and global health· Leadership roles in civil society, government and the United Nations system at global and country level;· Government relations, business development and partnership building, numerous multi-million dollar successful proposals with multiple donors· Thought leadership, stakeholder engagement, and program design· Strong team leadership, people management and communications skills;· Dedicated advocate for meaningful youth engagement and extensive experience in advocacy and leadership in global fora;· Experience in organizing and engagement in global fora (eg Women Deliver, International AIDS Conference, the CORE Group) and with UN and other multilateral Organizations and intergovernmental dialogues (UNFPA, WHO, UNICEF, UNAIDS, the World Bank, Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, Global Financing Facility, PMNCH, ICPD, CSW)· Effective communicator with media training and experience;· Technical skills, knowledge, innovation and leadership in international development, economic development, SRHR, MNCH, SBCC, health systems, monitoring & evaluation, gender equality, research, child rights, government relations, advocacy and accountability;· Strategic thinker with a belief and passion for working cross-culturally and promoting inclusivity;· Fluent in English and French
