Oversee and direct the planning and management of approximately 1 acre of outdoor cannabis and assist in the management of 4 indoor canopies.

Manage and record the progress of harvesting & trimming with a team of up to 10 trimmers. Trim & harvest product. Provide feedback to the Master & Lead Growers regarding product quality. Work with the Production Director to develop cost analysis for harvest and production. Assist the Master & Lead Growers as needed with daily operations and maintenance of an OLCC licenced greenhouse facility and 2 outdoor OLCC licensed facilities, including, but not limited to: watering, cloning, cleaning, planting & IPM.

Responsible for opening/closing store, serving clients, cash handling, opening/closing til, developing customer repertoire, organizing work flow, printing labels, keeping floor stocked, checking IDs, communication with the manager regarding product, staying up to date on strains/lineages/products, following OLCC protocol for a cannabis retail store.

Manage, schedule and perform daily operations of OMMP licensed facility of up to 72 1000w lights & 6 20'x100' hoop houses including, but not limited to: watering, cloning, cleaning, harvesting, trimming, drying, curing, IPM and scheduling workers.

Perform herbal extraction using a Hexapod BizzyBeest passive recovery system. Source and batch materials, schedule deadlines, development of workflow and SOPs for extraction and technicians. Developed knowledge of Swagelock products, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics.

Manage scheduling and patient flow in a busy acupuncture and massage clinic. Clean & prepare rooms after treatments, order supplies and formulas, develop herbal formulas with lead physician, write fee slips and charge out patients after treatments, mail supplements and formulas to patients.

Prescribe treatment plans, acupuncture protocols, herbal formulas, dietary advice and exercises to patients in various community clinic settings.
