While working with Aspen Dental, I have had the opportunity to grow into the role of dental hygiene trainer. I achieved this by completing extensive training through Aspen's amazing learning and development platform, and the guidance of my management team. In this role, I have the opportunity to train the great hygienists that get hired to work for Aspen Dental. Training includes making sure the individual is proficient in our software, understanding how to properly schedule patients, and much more. Being a trainer, I am also a resource to hygienists working for Aspen throughout the state of Texas who may have questions related to dental hygiene.

In my role as dental hygienist, I am responsible for providing oral care to patients such as dental cleanings, examinations of oral tissues to check for signs of disease, and other preventative services. I see 10-15 patients per day and am responsible for ensuring my schedule is flowing properly in terms of efficiency, Being a dedicated healthcare professional means staying up-to-date on the ever changing world of industry. I frequently enroll in continuing education courses to further develop as a professional to ensure my patients receive the best care possible.

As a dedicated Software Sales Professional, my expertise lies in introducing and selling HighLevel, a renowned marketing and sales software, to local businesses. My role involves understanding the unique challenges and needs of each local business, and demonstrating how HighLevel can streamline their marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, and drive sales. I excel in building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers, guiding them through the intricacies of HighLevel's features such as CRM functionalities, marketing automation, and sales pipeline management. My approach is consultative and solutions-focused, ensuring that each client receives personalized advice on how to leverage HighLevel to achieve their specific business goals. While working at Walgreens I had made strides in my career as a pharmacy technician. My responsibilities had grown immensely and I felt ready to take on a new position of senior pharmacy technician. In this role, I was responsible for developing and implementing KPIs for the pharmacy, scheduling the pharmacy staff, budgeting, requisition of pharmaceutical supplies/drugs, and resolution of complex insurance issues.In addition to these tasks, I was also required to interview, hire, and train new pharmacy technicians. I had effectively taken on the role of managing the pharmacy technicians at our location to ensure they were meeting provided KPIs, adhering to pharmacy policies, and most of all were happy with the way our pharmacy operated.

Becoming a certified pharmacy technician was a big milestone in my career. I saw my responsibilities grow from simple tasks such as filling prescriptions, assisting the pharmacists, and customer service to performing stretch assignments such as developing KPIs for the pharmacy team, requisition of pharmacy items, scheduling, and much more.

I began working for Walgreens and shadowing pharmacy technicians as a part of my high school's CTE program. I worked my way through the program within a few months and became a certified pharmacy technician. My responsibilities included filling prescriptions, resolving insurance issues, and helping customers solve any pharmacy related issues they may have been having.
