I've enjoyed a diverse career that includes time spent as an educationalist, professional musician, social media influencer, to technology coordinator. Often these roles have overlapped.I'm passionate about listening - the customer isn't always right, but they always have the answer. I believe all jobs are sales and all jobs are customer service. You have to work with people to understand their problems, and then sell them the service that will be the solution.Reaching those solutions can be a clumsy negotiation between technologists and customer, and I'm comfortable sitting somewhere in the middle - steering a team, or collection of teams towards best outcomes.
