My professional experience has allowed me to hone my skills in prominent non-profit business environments. My personal and professional mission is to continue to work with and for sectors where the goal is to make systems better for people everywhere. This includes continuing in the non-profit sector but also in government, social services, education, philanthropy, public policy, and other areas. My strongest skill set is leadership and working in a team environment to produce quality results efficiently. I am highly collaborative and motivated to make system changes at any and every level. I believe in the power of the arts not only to shape community, enrich our experiences, and improve quality of life, but to help us break down the preconceived notions that tend to divide us. At the root, our stories and human condition tie us together, and the arts are pathway to understanding how we all want the same thing-- good opportunities, the ability to live comfortably, find love, and connect with others through enjoyable experiences. I aim to foster a cultural environment where the arts can flourish in all communities, and their inherent benefit can reach all people. I am driven to help organizations with missions that look outward to their surroundings and find creative ways to help those in need.
