My role as an Associate was expanded from the Analyst role to be more of a project lead. I improved our monthly Revenue Sharing process to be more formulated and automated to reduce time, cost, and manual error. I am the lead representative for our online portal, setting up users and troubleshooting issues with our IT team. Toward the end of 2023 I have expanded further to be involved in strategic conversations and improvements to our overall process.

Clients would complete surveys to find an insurance plan tailored for them. Some clients would need more convincing than others so it was always important to remind the client of what you are offering them and why they need it. The internship is built around developing strong customer service and presentation skills as well as sales.

Responsibilities included taking orders and delivering food and drinks to the suites of the baseball park. As a suite attendant you would oversee up to 4 suites at a time with parties of up to 20. Customer service skills are key at this position to make sure the customer always leaves happy and is interested in returning. Other responsibilities would include cleaning the suite before and after, re-stocking the fridge with beverages, as well as re-filling the napkin and straw holders throughout the night.
