Being located and maintaining a career in the South Florida Market has provided adaptation to the changing markets and products over the years. Working in other markets around the United States has provided a depth of experience gained from the climate and geology found there. Adapting those means and methods needed to be profitable is a key part of executing the work from the estimating, too the sub-contracting. Being the M.I.C. on the project creates the desire and satisfaction of producing a finished product that will enhance the needs of the client, and the community, I like being the Boss.
