Created all new users in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007. Created all SQL Accounts for Clinician Desktop. Performed daily backups from Microsoft Data Protection Management 2007 as well as backup tapes prior to using MicoDPM. I also transferred personal folders and local Profiles to new site servers when transferring using MicroDPM and prior to DPM I would use NT backups. I kept inventory of workstations and monitors as well as track progress with work orders using Track It software. I would take support calls as well as do desk support for calls at our local offices. I managed all email group request and managed adding and removing users as directed from Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007 accordingly. I troubleshot network connectivity issues from basic troubleshooting skills to having a ticket made with our local internet provider.

Responsible for weight and balance of aircraft in a time sensitive environment. Managed 10 - 12 employees on nightly bases.
