I have never been happy with just knowing the basics and how to get by, I have been driven with the need to know and learn more about everything I do. With an extensive background in sales I have prided myself in communication and understanding to peoples needs. Needing to learn more I have always taken it upon myself to either self educate or search out appropriate tertiary study to continually develop as an employee.
