• Verify all necessary equipment and supplies are shipped to and arrive at well site in proper working condition.• Demonstrate knowledge of oilfield math calculations including volumes, pressures, forces and basic hydraulics.• Demonstrate knowledge of field operations including but not limited to completions, remedial work over, and Heavy Duty Wireline Fishing (5/16" DYFORM Wire) operations.• Possess knowledge of different types of rigs including drilling and work over rigs.• Ability to rig up pressure control equipment.• Ability to select proper tool string with limited supervision.• Competent to work on pressure control equipment.• Perform pulling and running tools along with basic tool maintenance.• Prepare locks, plugs and gas-lift equipment to run into the well.• Ability to run slickline unit under supervision, including, but not limited to drift run, basic service tools, setting and pulling of plugs.• Provide workshop assistance for the disassembly, assembly, inspection, and testing of equipment along with supporting documentation as required.• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.• Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.• Prepare JSA (job safety analysis) for well site operations.• Possess knowledge of, adhere to and support QHSE policies and participates in QHSE initiatives with attention given to journey management.

• Reads and comprehend Request for Proposal (RFP) from IOCs and other Indigenous Producing Companies and generate summary document, defining all requirements in a concise and logical manner.• Assists in providing clarification to sub-contractors with any item(s) that are unclear, ambiguous, or unusual.• Ensures update of product codes on Nipex Portal and ensure we receive tenders on all product code on the portal.• Responsible for the electronic submittal of Tender using NipeX SAP SRM 7.5 e–market platform, Ariba, Electronic Processing of Seplat Tender (EPST 1.0)– RFP, RFQ or Double Envelop. • Submission of tender using Total Ariba platform. • Responsible for daily tender operation activities and ensure that jobs are completed.• Follow up with old businesses for feedback and pursue new opportunities base on our product line. • Interface with clients/vendors on tenders.• Ensures supporting contracts (Insurance, Security, Community, and NCDMB) of all Tenders are properly reviewed before it is signed off.• Provides specific input to "lessons learned" data base after submittal of each tender.• Prepares presentation as required at any point in time by the company.• Attends stakeholders meeting on Community, Security as it concerns a contract.• Performs all relevant contract administrative tasks as may be assigned.
