Lead member of the vMMOC Operations team tasked with supporting the NASA GSFC’s SSMO program. A multi-disciplined role supporting the planning, designing, and seamless execution of a modern, zero-trust and centralized hybrid-cloud datacenter designed to globally support dozens of independent critical space flight operations missions.

Member of executive leadership and strategy teams hired to transition IT services to internal team and strategically develop an IT Department aligned with future growth and success. Managed multi-tiered and geographically diverse team supporting ~850 users throughout 60+ regional offices within the continental US.

Lead program member responsible for oversight and governance of all program functions and responsibilities for an $8M federal government IT services contract supporting the United States International Trade Commission (USITC). A front-lines leader of multi-disciplined technical teams across IT and Security Operations, including service desk, systems and network administration, solution architecture and value-add resources.
