After graduating from Washington State University he set out to grow his professional talent. Taking positions in the critical lift and mechanical design fields, Christopher learned how to succeed in business. Team sports had given him the desire to win, and this motivation followed him into his career. In his current position at Flowserve, Christopher earned two Spirit of Flowserve awards, one for taking the initiative to learn and manage Flowserve’s operating system during a period of vacancy for this position, and one for always being diligent to ensure that his office runs at peak performance levels. He looks for opportunities to take action where areas of improvement are present, and believes in detours rather than road blocks when difficult problems emerge. Christopher will continue to improve himself and the organizations he supports.
