Head of data and analytics for Flourish.com, including data engineering, reporting, analytics, analysis, and various special projects intersecting with data.

My team is responsible for scaling our systems, 3rd party integrations, and supporting new features and shared dependencies for our sister, revenue-earning teams/modules (e.g. Flourish Crypto, Flourish Cash). Additionally, I spend a lot of my time focusing on strategy, design, planning, recruiting, and data analytics. I am also heavily involved in organizational and process changes across Flourish as we grow and scale the organization. This includes areas that range from refining our SLDC, improving our recruiting processes, and driving new norms and habits to help us meet the challenges ahead. I am a strong advocate for full transparency in recruiting as well as in building and maintaining a collaborative culture focused on continual improvement.

Flow delivers end-to-end management for professional investors by automating SPV formation and execution.I was a founding team member at Flow as Head of Product.
