I sold over $2 million in products while designing sales enablement training and content. My strategies led to improved team results in diverse sales metrics, which won us a national sales recognition award for improved customer experience.I also designed and implemented a Communications Board model implemented in all stores in Colorado, with a focus on teaching the team through text, video and QR codes to external resources for knowledge sharing.

Multimedia production company owner and president, creating digital media, policy position papers, full-scale event, across various industries.- Staffed and co-produced numerous public engagement events:- Launch events for brands like Netflix, Sony, Lionsgate, VH1, National Geographic, in conjunction with other production companies and internal teams- Events ranged in attendance from 20 to 10,000, and included live music performances, union and vendor management, digital experiences, gift bags, ticketing, venue and theater management, security food and beverage management, and promotional outreach- Writing work has been published in various publications, like Mic.com and Watchdog.org.

I restructured the program across NYC, Long Island and CT to produce 60+ events within one fiscal year inspired by accounts in Apple’s CRM tool. Through custom invites, personalized time slots, and internal communications, I was able to increase attendance of the program by 25%, as well as drive revenue of products and services in sales accounts during events. I also partnered with multiple non-profits and businesses for customized trainings on both Apple products and third-party software in partnership with our account managers and leadership teams for audiences ranging from 1-100.

I produced 150+ artistic, volunteer, and community events for Apple in NYC with a dedicated learning component while managing the event spaces of a historic building. I collected and designed strategy based on survey feedback of the programs.This was supported by a scheduling strategy I designed for customer-facing training that saw consistent increased in attendance while providing better flexibility for our training team. In order to market my events, I developed and trained a Communications Team to drive internal engagement through communications platforms in the store based on Apple style guidelines. In the process, I developed promotional partnerships with for programs like Grand Central Picnic, and the MTA Arts and Design series, reaching over 1.7 million hits and thousands of likes across Instagram, Twitter and Facebook.

I provided technical assistance in the Grand Central Station Apple Store, troubleshooting and solving technical problems with both iOS and Mac OS X devices, teaching classes on all iLife, iWork, and iBooks Author, managing the reservation system of a store that sees around 800 people per day, using Spanish to provide these services to our Spanish speaking customers.  I also created a program for Spanish Language Workshops, training the team to become proficient in the proper vocabulary, as well as coordinating an internal publicity push, and working with the Event Coordinators in multiple stores in the market and across the US to create the program.
