I am a Menswear specialist with 6+ years industry experience in high paced, on trend design.Currently at Universal Store as the Senior Menswear Designer for Common Need and Neovision.Studied at R.M.I.T University undertaking a 4 year Bachelor of Design (Fashion) (Honours). There I had the opportunity to showcase my grad collection as a part of Melbourne Spring Fashion Week 2014.I currently manage a team of 2 production coordinators, a freight coordinator and a junior designer. We design, range, send off and coordinate 12-14 collections per year, per brand.When I began in 2017 Common Need was quite small. I have worked very hard sourcing factories, creating high quality designs, negotiating minimums, developing faster timelines, organising freight logistics and every other aspect you can name to get the brand to where it is today.
