A full-time police officer and part-time academic. 22+ years as a proficient practitioner in a wide array of policing specialties including operational and investigative police work of all kinds. Currently, I specialize in organizational data, policy, use of force quality control, early intervention, oversight, and accountability. I develop systems, policies, and processes that withstand scrutiny, protect organizational integrity and preserve institutional legitimacy without constraining quality policing outcomes.
