Currently managing Symantec Antivirus server/client operations for 13 Air Education and Training Command base networks for both NIPRNET and SIPRNET enterprise environments. Assists Vulnerability Assessment office with Retina vulnerability scanning and porting of scan results to VMS for distribution of reports to scanned locations for remediation of risks that have been discovered. Client level administration and installation of McAfee HBSS.

Microsoft SMS Patch Management Console Administrator – Create software distribution packages, collections for targeted distribution packages, queries of SMS inventoried assets, advertisements for distribution of software packages to designated collections.NetApps SAN Administrator - Monitor SAN status for space management and data integrity. Monitor SAN hardware structure to insure system integrity. Allocation of SAN assets for optimal utilization.Active Directory OU Admin – Administration of local OU users, computers and domain assets in the Windows AD structure. Create and admin user accounts, computer accounts, modify and implement domain and OU group policy objects. Standard Desktop Configuration Administrator – Manage and create local workstation Standard Desktop Configuration Images using Symantec Ghost. Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition Administrator – Monitor local domain antivirus server and client virus definitions and real-time virus scanning configurations.

Directed IT support operations for 15 man desktop support group for a network consisting of approximately 5000 network attached devices and an end-user base of approximately 9000 users. Responsible for scheduling of techs, productivity reporting matrixes, customer complaint resolution and escalation and general IT support environment operations.
