I am a Modern Apprentice working with Glasgow City Council's Education services department. I have around two years worth of digital administration experience and have also worked within a secondary school. I am a digitally capable and hardworking person. Due to my experiences in the workplace, I have excellent customer service skills, good timekeeping skills and I am digitally adapt. I am very competent in regards to Microsoft Packages and other digitally related systems.During my time as a Modern Apprentice, I have completed two courses over the course of two years. Digital Application Support (SCQF Level 6) and Business and Administration SVQ Level 2.I have completed my Modern Apprenticeship and earned a Diploma in Digital Application Support (SCQF Level 6) and a qualification in PC Passport.

  Within my role as a Modern Apprentice, I work for the Administration and Business Support team in Education Services. My role is to support with my overall team digitally as I am a member of our dedicated digital team. I work with various digital systems such as Parents Portal, ParentPay, Groupcall and various other systems within the team. This role has given me a variety of different experiences and has allowed me to communicate with various stakeholders and customers within and out with Glasgow City Council. Within this role I have provided training overviews to staff members, worked within a school office as a clerical officer, developed and altered processes, done long-term project work and assisted with various digital systems to ensure smooth customer experience.
