Commercial litigation partner, representing a range of large and small tech sector companies, including HP, Agilent, Adobe, and ComGlobal. Trial verdicts obtained for HP, Agilent and a significant plaintiff's verdict, in a lawsuit by a start-up against a competitor for unfair competition ($7.2 million jury verdict). On the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of East Palo Alto.

Chaired the City and County of San Francisco's Ballpark Advisory Committee whose charge was to investigate and explore all options for placement of a baseball-only stadium in the City.
