Responsible for all aspects of surface production and quality to include lens and frame inventory management. Expanded business from 1 shift operation to a full 3 shift operation, maximizing production capacity while optimizing cost. Implemented Lean principles and process improvements enabling more than 100% increase in surface capacity and driving more than 100% plant output in less than 3 years.
