As a senior claim officer reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, I had responsibility for all auto, general Liability and property claims. Led 10 direct reports and 135 claim professionals managing a highly complex portfolio of over 8500 claims totaling $330M of reserves in support of both Excess & Surplus and Standard Line auto, property and general.

As an Officer reporting to the CEO and SVP- Operations I had shared responsibilities as a strategic member of the company's executive team as well as providing operational management to the Claim Business Group. I led 7 direct reports managing claim professionals across a 6 state region supporting an evenly distributed product mix of personal lines.

I held a variety of regional and national leadership and management roles to include Vice President of Workers Compensation Claims Field Operations and Vice President of Claims for both the Personal Lines Central Region and Southeast Regions. As a Claim Director I also led the Washington DC Commercial Claim Center and the Syracuse, NY Workers Compensation.

Various command and staff billets including Platoon Commander, Adjutant to the Commanding Officer, Administrative Officer, Communications Officer and Legal Officer.
