PLC, PAC and HMI Programming, working with Control Circuits, Instrumentation and VFD’s, while working in a fast paced production environment as part of a Maintenance Team with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. During this time and for the remainder of my career, I have been fortunate, either individually or collectively, to be part of high preforming teams that are called upon when all other resources have been exhausted!Having learned both in the field, production floor and in a classroom environment the fundamentals of machine operation and control allowing me to easily master Industrial Controls and any PLC logic independent of manufacturer or brand. So whether it was repairing an automated storage and retrieval car at 3 A.M. after being called out, driving to Oxnard to install and calibrate a new PLC and HMI system, building and installing safety light curtains and cement scale systems from design and implementation to working 14 to 16 hours days 7 days a week commissioning and decommissioning entire batch plants and crusher plants or capping water bottles at 1200 bottles a minute the result always had to be the same with no excuses.When I was not in the field or on a production floor troubleshooting or repairing equipment, I was fortunate to gain experience in designing and programing PLC and HMI automation projects from the initial concept to commissioning and running production. This included specifying component, control equipment electrical equipment and process control equipment.
