About Christopher Barnes

I am a driven, focussed and successful Head of Delivery, with a background focussed on demand and capacity planning along with a strong focus on the sales, change and delivery lifecycles. I have a long and varied project management background with experience of both waterfall and agile methodologies. I have good experience of full end to end project management procedures including planning, forecasting and finance management. I also have good experience in solution design and pre-sales consultancy positions. I have a good sense of humour and resilient nature. I get on well with people at all levels. I routinely work on SAAS projects although have good experience with on premise builds.
