Elected Vice President November 2007. Job duties continued as before. In 2009, served as contract negotiation facilitator to South African utility ESKOM for various DB and DBOM contracts for the Medupi Power Station program. Medupi is a 4,760 MW coal-fired power station which was the largest in the Southern Hemisphere when completed, and the largest in the world to use dry cooling (see media for description). In 2012, took a leadership role in winning and delivering a facilities planning and preliminary design services contract for a two-mile, 22-ft diameter combined sewer overflow (CSO) tunnel under downtown Indianapolis with associated consolidation sewers and drop shafts, part of the Indianapolis "Dig Indy" CSO collection and storage plan.During 2013 and 2014, was project manager for replacement of a damaged twin pressure sewer conveying sewage from the Town of Marblehead under Salem Harbor to the South Essex Sewerage District's Salem Wastewater Treatment Plant (see media for description).

Joined Parsons Brinckerhoff's Program Management Group, initially working on Panama Canal Expansion Program Management Advisory Services. Led team assisting the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) Expansion Program organization in developing bidding documents for Design-Build Tender for design and construction of a new larger set of ship locks at Miraflores and Gatun, co-located with ACP at Balboa, Republic of Panama. Work consisted of specification development and coordinating specialty services in geotechnical engineering, risk management, unexploded ordnance (UXO) management, and construction planning.Continued to support close-out of the Massachusetts DOT Central Artery/Tunnel Project (see Bechtel experience).

Assistant to Executive Director, responsible for coordination of Federal Court-ordered elements of capital program (Deer Island Treatment Plant, Combined Sewer Overflow Facilities, and other Clean Water Act compliance projects), management of specific projects as assigned (fast-track projects at existing treatment plants, site assessment and remediation at former shipyard, power transmission and generation facilities for Deer Island), and reporting to Board of Directors, Advisory Board, Federal judge and other stakeholders.

Designed and implemented program for systematic assessment of power plant performance for regulated electric utilities operating in Massachusetts. Managed staff of mechanical, electrical and operating engineers.
