My work ethic focuses on three basic principles: punctuality, time-quality balance, and transparency. I believe being on-time not only boosts the professional outlook of the person but is also able to reflect the person's attitude and discipline towards a given task at hand. I strictly comply with punctuality not only in my work schedule and meetings but also in proposed deadlines and project updates. On the other hand, balancing the quality of my output with a proposed timeline works hand-in-hand with punctuality. Delays due to unforseen issues would often be inevitable, and in those instances, I have always taken it upon myself to weigh out and analyze the expected output. The task may have strict time constraints and submitting an output immediately may be required, or it may need to be presented completely polished. To effectively create a judgment, I exercise transparency with my immediate superior and clients and also with my colleagues with whom I am involved with for the task at hand.I always strive to improve my work ethic by adamantly applying these three principles to any given task at hand. I have learned to initiate projects, establish pleasant relationships with my colleagues, streamline work functions effectively enhancing quality of output while reducing completion time, and other initiatives with the betterment of the company in mind.
