Let's get the facts straight: I don't crunch numbers all day. No, my Excel is just like the one you use. And, I do not have any special powers to see the future of the market. However, I do the usual math to assess financial data, sometimes using Excel. I notice patterns and trends in the economy and certain markets. Based on what I notice, I help people considering investments and/or running a business to make good decisions. I also enjoy casual conversations. One of my first jobs is to help potential clients consider their options and decide how to go about mortgage financing. I got to know a lot of people, and we explored different solutions until we found the best one! There are times when I have to let unhappy clients vent until they are calm enough to listen to solutions.From there, I've slowly developed a talent for initiating cross-functional collaboration, winning stakeholders' confidence, and eventually earning the trust of HSBC's external partners.A snapshot of my accomplishments includes:☑ Planning and implementing successful billion-dollar company-wide audits for Zekelman Industries.☑ Ensuring Tenet Financial is in full compliance with SBA, SOP, and SBA regulations during my 2 years as Interim Director.☑ During that time, I negotiated a capital loan for an unfortunate client whose business became less relevant after a shift in the market.
