Current• Support the CTO on the applications side of IT to implement, enhance, and document our internal applications to stay on top of business standards and current technology• Maintain, upgrade, and improve all internal applications which includes our trading systems, Charles River for equity and Bloomberg for high yield, our attribution reporting systems, Bloomberg for both equity and high yield, our customer relationship management system, Salesforce, our client reporting system, SS&C Vision FI, and our internal reporting systems which is built in house using Microsoft and Azure Technology• Direct tasks to groups of outsourced consultants which includes our application support, IT, and accounting department• Manage and participate, includes coding and testing, in the move of our trading system, Charles River, to SAAS and have previously participated in several version upgrades in the past• Create a transparent internal infrastructure in Azure Devops by documenting our standard conventions, preparing application wikis and Visio charts, checking in code to our repositories, releasing changes via pipelines, etc• Manage daily automation and reconciliation processes and fix any application issues or prioritize with IT, trade analysts, compliance, and back office• Utilize and understand a wide range of data including, but not all, performance, attribution metrics, position, transaction, broker, proxy, and commission to create in house reports built using T-SQL, Power BI, SSRS, Microsoft Excel with VBA, and Azure Power Automate• Transitioned our attribution system from Factset to our new attribution system, Bloomberg, which required reconciliation of KPI’s between systems and building out the new attribution reporting in Bloomberg via PREP and JMGR• Lead the data implementation into our newly designed website and built out an internal application using sharepoint that allows the end user to move data between our data store and the websites staging and production
