Responsible for daily fast flushing for storage tanks and micronic filter pipeline low points, Micronic Filter.Handles plane operation (aircraft refueling) using dispenser.Handles filter element replacement and maintenance.Lines-up storage tanks for PLT, transfer, tanker loading operation.Performs additive doping i.e stadis 450.Conducts weekly testing of firefighting facility i.e. hydrant and foam deluge line.Checks and verifies the documents by ship prior to commence operationsPerforms tanker loading and product sampling.In-charge of daily terminal walks about and reports to supervisor any abnormalities.Assists vendor for MLA maintenance.Conducts maintenances check like DBB (twin seal-valve) integrity tests, TSV (thermal expansion valve) tests, pump coolant and lubs-oil replacements, Jet A-1 bottom loading coupler checks.Performs lock out tag out.Ensures all activities are properly logged and documented.Conducts weekly high pressure (50bar) pipeline patrolling to Sharjah airport (42 km).Participates in tool box meeting and job risk assessment.

Operates and troubleshoot SCADA /PLC, MCC, fire fighting and foam generation control panel, ESD and alarm panel, pumps, fire pumps, generator, air compressor, nitrogen plant, air dyer, hot oil heater, overhead cranes. Handles receiving, loading, blending, transfer, storage and pigging operation. Coordinates with loading master, ship representative, shift supervisor, maintenance and safety department and field operator. Monitor and records hourly variances during operationPerform pre and commissioning of new storage tanks, pipeline, pumps and instruments. Part of the team for operational procedural development. Conduct walk about, tool box meeting and give recommendations/suggestions.

Receiving, loading, blending, transfer, storage via pipeline and road tankers. Sampling, troubleshooting and maintenance of cylinder and loading machine. Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning of new storage LPG facilities.

Plans, leads, organizes, control and coordinates all activities within the assigned area involving receipts, deliveru, loading, storage, movement, control and documentation of all products and additives in accordances with company's policy and procedure. Keep informed shift superintendent and operation head in all activities. Conduct ship-shore checklist inspection. Focal person for Jet A-1 fuel handling international and local audit. Handles pre and commissioning of storage tanks pumps and pipeline from OOSI ( out os service inspection). Supervise the disposal and documentation of back loaded and slop product. Conducts terminal walk about and participate for monthly business review. Clearance officer for Permit to Work system.

Resposible for the daily fast flushing, milipore and gravimetric test for Jet A-1 and AVGAS and perform/representative for international and local audit. Conduct maintenance and filter replacement for FWS and MF. Maintain daily log-sheet / logbook. Resposible for receiving, loading, blending, transfer, bunkering operation. Conduct tank line up, sampling, gauging, inventory, meter reading and perform abbreviated test. Reconcile with ship representative for before and after receiving and loading operation.
