Assists senior broker with the acquisition, disposition, and management of various shopping centers throughout DFWAccomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents; paying bills; forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints; enforcing rules of occupancy; inspecting vacant units and completing repairs; planning renovations; contracting with landscaping and other maintenance services to enhance the common area and promote a first class environment for tenants. Oversee the contracting and construction of all Tenant Finish-Outs. Exhibit thorough knowledge of statewide and national Landlord-Tenant Laws.

Responsible for conducting daily business transactions with Members and Resident Pros. Duties include: booking tennis courts for members/pros, handling court/membership fees, addressing guests and future members on Tennis Center policies, and logging daily transactions for accounting purposes.
