Global ControllerMf Global Ltd. Jul 2007 - Aug 2009Key member of the corporate finance team that prepared the company for its initial public offering in July 2007. Migrated the company’s financial reporting from IFRS to US GAAP and prepared the consolidated carve-out accounts under US GAAP.
