Examples include:Assisted a Middle East government owned Telecommunications Company seeking to understand the potential size of the emerging telecommunications sector in its home market under different liberalization scenarios. The result was an accurate and detailed forecast of the potential demand for new telecommunications services. Advised a major US defense client in developing a valuation case for replacement of the current US ground based RADAR system with an advanced technology ADS-B system. Performed ROI and sensitivity analysis and advised the client of potential implications on the financial performance of the project. Advised a major international energy company on the performance of its primary transport operations. Developed models to determine the key drivers of logistics costs and a constructed a database of primary transport metrics to identify best practices for logistics operations.
