I have returned to Balloon Market where I have taken on a new role as a Returns Administrator. Previous to my current role, I worked for near 4 months at Union Mart in a Customer Service role, with my first employment at Balloon Market before that in a same role. Before that I worked for over 4 years at Poole Lighting as a Customer Services Advisor and latterly a Technical Lighting Adviser. Before that position I had a spell at Ageas Retail as a Customer Services Representative. Prior to my role at Ageas I had a long term role at John Reid & Sons where I became an experienced Sheet Metal Buyer with over 9 years experience, building up a network of contacts within the Sheet Metal Industry,I also worked in the company's Quality Assurance Department for 4 years where I managed to successfully achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 as part of a working group.In addition, I have experience working in Accounts (Purchase and Sales Ledgers) along with skills gained in the Agricultural Industry through employment with an Animal Proteins company and DEFRA, where I worked in Cumbria during the Foot and Mouth Disease epidemic. Whilst working for DEFRA I was promoted to Executive Officer level where I was in charge of a group of 8 employees who worked on a county wide project ensuring that FMD Clean Up was effectively achieved.
