Managing the client experience to provide maximum satisfaction with emphasis on recurring business in the following areas: supplies, hardware & accessories, LCM and professional services. Responsibilities include internal advocacy for client issue resolution, data analysis for improved client feedback, assist Enterprise Account Executives with client data maintenance for efficient quote-to-cash processing. Primary clients include Ford Motor Co, Owens Corning, Land O’ Lakes, Hormel Foods, Meijer and Trinity Health.

Responsible for overall performance of Customer Service Group, providing data collection products, and services to clients such as General Motors, Ford Motor, 3M, Procter & Gamble, BASF, Technicolor, Medtronic, Trinity Health, and Ralph Lauren. Recent achievements include oversight of worldwide product roll out for 3M; Trinity Health expansion/refresh project; and wireless/RFID backbone for a new Ford Motor plant in China.I have also been involved, and remain a part of: • Motivating, training, and directing a staff of 6 full-time Customer Service Representatives to improve efficiency in order processing, and purchasing functions. • Participate in interdepartmental discussions aimed at improving communication, in cooperation with Manufacturing, Service, Accounting and Engineering departments. • Consult with committees designing and implementing Lowry’s new website, including the integration of the website within the new operating system. • Act as liaison between Operations, Sales and Accounting Departments - including direct interaction with Vice Presidents of Sales, Vice President of Operations and Chief Financial Officer.• Coordinate production with our label manufacturing plant Management. • Maintain and update client data base information for Sales and Accounting Departments. • Oversee and direct departmental summer high school interns.• Assist various staff process client orders, vendor returns and accounting credits to allow for a smoother flow within departments. • Assist with corporate warehouses to maintain inventory controls.

• Screen individuals interested in the commercial trucking industry as potential students.• Present the institution to pre-qualified candidates. • Assist with the preparation of admission documents, including federal financial aid forms. • Perform direct marketing for new prospective students.

• Perform all aspects of vehicle financing, including: evaluate consumer credit information and negotiate with financial institutions to secure consumer financing.• Prepare all legal documents for sale or lease of vehicles and execute same. • Present financing alternatives and insurance packages including: life and health, vehicle warranty programs and vehicle protection packages. • Instruct sales training courses. • Prospect and qualify consumers for vehicle sales.
